FlairsTech Donates an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the New Magdi Yacoub Heart Centre (MYF) in Cairo

January 20^th, 2022 – Cairo, Egypt – FlairsTech, an international IT and Software Services Company, donated an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the future Magdi Yacoub Global Heart Centre in Cairo. “We recognize and appreciate the Foundation’s efforts in providing excellent world-class medical support to thousands of patients worldwide, and we are supporting them this year by sponsoring an Intensive Care Unit,” said Rami Fahim, CEO and Founder of FlairsTech. “The center’s continuous efforts of innovation in the medical field and their strive for excellence align with our core values,” Rami added.

With this donation, the Foundation will develop an intensive care unit at their new heart center in the 6^th of October City, Cairo. The Magdi Yacoub Foundation (MYF)’s New Heart Centre will span 36.5 acres and provide free-of-charge state-of-the-art medical services to patients from all over the world. When completed, the center will serve 120,000 patients and surgeries annually, with 60% of them being children with heart conditions. Furthermore, the Foundation’s Education, Training, Research, and Innovation centers will provide medical training to more than 1,500 doctors to help develop basic, applied, and biomedical science research in line with the highest international medical standards.

Last year, FlairsTech funded a pediatric room at the new Magdi Yacoub Heart Centre.
